What we do
Big Team actively works to create options and access for people where barriers exist in the live events industry. We currently support people who want to create, contribute and attend festivals while forging their own paths in the industry.
We prioritise individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, particularly people from Global Majority and/or lower socio-economic backgrounds. Our core demographic is 18-30-year-olds who are interested in creating meaningful pathways into the live events industry.
