Daniel was part of the Festival Pathways 2024 cohort. After a redundancy, Daniel shares that Big Team supported him through a crucial time, with opportunities, belief, and practical support that transformed his career path.

Through the Festival Pathways programme, Daniel worked with Bristol Pride during the project, and gained hands-on experience, expert mentoring, and the opportunity to work at Glastonbury’s Silver Hayes.

This foundation directly supported Daniel’s progression into a successful freelance career specialising in artist liaison and event coordination. Daniel shares that: I can’t thank Big Team enough for everything they’ve done for me.
